What is your turn around time?

Our turnaround time is about 3-5 days plus post.

 

 

I need an urgent order, can you help?

Yes, we can put a rush on your order to be dispatched the next working day. This will attract a $15 fee and will include an automatic upgrade to Express Post. To place an urgent order simply select the URGENT ORDER item in your cart and your whole order will be prioritised.

 

How will my product arrive?

À la Roch uses Australia Post parcel delivery service. Delivering to most of Australia within 3-7 working days. For more information on your specific area’s delivery times visit www.australiapost.com.au.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship via Australia Post air mail internationally to anywhere in the world. Cost is around $22.00 AUD, this will be added to your order when you check out depending on where it is being sent.  For expected delivery time visit www.australiapost.com.au.

 

Do you wholesale your products?

Yes, there is a minimum spend of $1,000 per year to be eligible for wholesale. This will entitle you up to 20% off your bulk orders. To enquire email info@alaroch.com.au.

How do I order?

Order online through this website. There is a custom order product if you can’t find what your looking for where you can describe the topper your after and add a photo. I will then design your topper and send through a proof for your approval.

What’s the biggest you can cut?

900mmx1200mm

Do you only cut acrylic?

No, I can also cut wood and MDF (MDF is only used for home décor).

Do you have your own machinery?

Yes.

Who does your artwork?

Me, when you buy from À la Roch you get exactly that something prepared by myself. I am a graphic designer and cake decorator so will understand your needs.
